This information is used to enable the notarial service, for administration and to fulfil the statutory and other duties. Furthermore, a third party, for example a translator or consular agent, may receive your information in connection with providing notarial services.

This privacy statement describes how information is collected from you in the course of you contacting us for notarial services.

However, we reserve the right to erase Data (and in particular to destroy files and other hard copy material) where (in our absolute discretion) that Data is considered to be obsolete.
